Damp Proof course - HomeGuard DPC (Attached to internal slab and exterior brickwork -1c. Weepholes directly above DPC. Edge of DPC to be visible from outside of exterior brick skin. Full mortar course must be visible at all times. All-Pest warrant Homeguard DPC to have reduced ground clearance)
Head Flashing – Polycourse (Turned up in cavity not less than 150mm above the opening. Located not more than 300mm above the opening. Extend Head flashing 150mm min. beyond the reveals on each side of the opening. Not required where there are eaves 3 times wider than height of masonry plus top plate above the opening.
Sill Flashing - Sill Flashing – Polycourse (Extending 150mm min. each side of the opening. Located not more than 1 course below sill brick. Embedded 30mm min into exterior masonry veneer. Attached to window. Weepholes not required beneath window/door sills )
Brickwork - cavity forming - 50mm cavity veneer - galvanised steel wall ties
